Raphaël Gorgé, CEO

Engineer, Raphaël Gorgé joined Finuchem (now Groupe Gorgé) in 2004, having spent 10 years working in the fields of finance and technology. He initiated and implemented the group’s withdrawal from the automotive industry (which accounted for 70% of its turnover in 2004) and directed its development towards new areas of activity. Raphaël Gorgé became the group’s CEO in 2008.

Pierre Etcheverry is an engineer who joined Groupe Gorgé in 1997 as Chairman of Cimlec Industrie, a company that he built up and consolidated over a period of nearly 10 years. Since 2007 he has worked towards the creation and development of NucléAction with the acquisition of Baumert, then NTC and SCM-Verboom, so that a top-level division could be deployed within Groupe Gorgé in the field of protection in nuclear environments.

Bernard Baumert has been managing Baumert for over 20 years. An expert in partition systems, Bernard Baumert has been involved in the growth of the company in the nuclear sector from its beginnings in France, which enabled him to equip all the French nuclear installations (58 reactors, reprocessing plant, French atomic energy agency sites, etc). Baumert's expertise is, acknowledged worldwide in this field, has also been deployed in China for over 20 years and on a very large number of nuclear sites around the world.
