Our ambition: to support the development of our employees in order to strengthen local management, team autonomy and operational excellence at the heart of our industrial activity. That is why we have put in place an ambitious program for skills development and internal mobility.
Since the end of March, two Baumert talents have been following the certification course “Autonomous Industrial Production Team Leader”, provided by the AFPI Formation et Alternance in partnership with the Alsace Training Center at the UIMM.
On June 12, we had the pleasure of welcoming 10 trainees to its premises for the training day dedicated to “Social Law” and led by Barbara Marison.
Beyond the theoretical lessons received, they were able to visit our production workshop to better understand our products and manufacturing processes.
