Shot blasting is a technique consisting in projecting, using a high-pressure nozzle, steel microbeads at high speed and continuously onto the surface of an object in order to modify its surface structure. Similar to sandblasting, this process also makes it possible to decamination, pickle and deoxidize parts. Shot-blasting will thus create surface roughness which will allow the paint to hold.
Our 15-meter-long shot blasting booth allows the passage of large parts. It is equipped with an automated shot recycling system.

Thanks to our two distinct paint lines, we are able to take care of your current works as well as your large-scale equipment.
We use liquid, decontaminating and anti-corrosion paints (PID, PED, PIC, HM...).
After applying a bonding primer, we paint your equipment in the color of your choice, according to RAL color chart.
