As part of our workshop expansion,
Baumert is looking for an Assembly Technician to strengthen our teams!
As part of one of our teams, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Identify assembly operations using blueprints, check all kits (parts to be assembled), and ensure all necessary tools are available at the workstation.
• Verify, position, and secure parts and components for technical door assemblies (frames, structural elements), and install insulation, wool, or mortar using templates and specific machinery.
• Verify the assembly (appearance, alignment, clearance, stability, functionality, etc.) and perform adjustments or necessary touch-ups.
• Perform quality checks, mark any non-conformities, and isolate them.
• Complete quality and production tracking documentation (incidents, interventions).
• Ensure a smooth mechanical assembly production flow, including mortar preparation and pouring, in accordance with applicable procedures.
Your skills
With a background in mechanical assembly, carpentry, metalworking, or experience in a manual industrial field, you are comfortable reading blueprints and handling a variety of tasks.
