As part of our workshop expansion,
Baumert is looking for a Shot Blaster (M/F) to join our team!
You will be responsible for stripping and cleaning metal parts using abrasive blasting to improve paint adhesion.
As part of our team, your duties will include:
• Shot blasting metal or angular stainless steel parts on a conveyor
• Checking and preparing surfaces before painting (degreasing, material removal)
• Ensuring the quality of anti-corrosion protection for various structures
• Filling out traceability and production tracking documents
• Hanging and unhanging parts to assist the painting department
Your skills
Experience in shot blasting or surface treatment is preferred. Ideally, you hold an ACQPA level 1 certification (option A, B, E), or you are motivated to obtain this qualification.

You have a strong team spirit and are comfortable working in specific conditions (working at heights depending on the parts, strict safety rules, documentation, and administrative tracking).
